Information presented on this website regarding loan products, interest rates, eligibility and tenure is indicative only and does not constitute a commitment, offer or sanction of credit. All loan applications are subject to the assessment, credit policy, documentation requirements and final approval of the relevant bank or NBFC.

Interest rates, processing fees and other charges are determined by the lending institution and are subject to change without notice.

Enquiries and Information You Provide

By submitting an enquiry through this website, you confirm that the information you have provided is true, accurate and complete, and that the mobile number and email address supplied belong to you. You authorise us and our lending partners to contact you on those details in connection with your enquiry.

Notification & Communication Consent

By submitting your details through this website, ticking the consent box on our enquiry form, or otherwise accepting this policy, you acknowledge and consent to receive notifications and promotional communications from Perfect Lender through various channels, including but not limited to SMS, email, voice calls and OBD (outbound dialling), Google RCS (Rich Communication Services), WhatsApp, mobile push notifications, or any other digital communication platform we may use.

These communications may include loan eligibility updates, application and documentation status, interest rate revisions, offers, new product launches and other service-related or promotional information.

Your consent is voluntary and is separate from your loan application. You may withdraw it at any time without affecting any application already in progress, by any of the following methods:

  • Replying STOP to any SMS, RCS or WhatsApp message received from us;
  • Clicking the unsubscribe link included in our emails;

  • Calling us on +91 63547 17440 during business hours.

We will action every opt-out request promptly and in accordance with applicable Indian telecommunications and data protection regulations, including TRAI's Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations (TCCCPR). You may also register your preferences on the National Do Not Call (NDNC) / DND registry through your telecom operator.

Please note that withdrawing consent for promotional communication does not stop essential transactional communication relating to a loan you have applied for or availed — such as application status, sanction letters, repayment reminders, statements and regulatory notices — which we are required to send you.

Your consent to receive such communications is voluntary and is given separately from your use of this Service. Declining or later withdrawing that consent will not prevent you from submitting an enquiry or availing our services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Perfect Lender shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising out of your use of the Service, or out of any decision taken by a bank or NBFC in respect of a loan application facilitated through us.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
